Our mission is to make the delivery of our porcelain stoneware products efficient and secure, covering the entire Italian and European territory. Here is a detailed guide to our shipping methods:

1) Express Courier: Ideal for samples, this option offers fast and secure deliveries at a fixed price, reaching most destinations within 48/72 hours, excluding remote areas and islands. This is the optimal choice for speed and reliability.

2) Goods Shipping: For larger orders, we will organize your goods on secure pallets, including the option of unloading with a hydraulic tail lift. Each shipment is insured based on the material’s weight, with costs proportional to the weight and volume. An exception for large crates of products 100×300 and 160×324, which cannot be unloaded with a hydraulic lift but will require a forklift or crane. The transportation cost can be calculated in the Calculator within each product; if not available because of large quantities, fill out the “Request a Quote” form.

3) Pickup at the Site: You can choose to personally pick up your order from one of our locations without additional costs, ensuring flexibility and direct control of the goods. The main warehouse is located in Sant’Angelo in Vado (PU), while in other locations we do not have a warehouse but only an exhibition point, so it is only possible to pick up small quantities of material by reservation.

4) Storage: Storage at our warehouse is free for up to 30 days from the order confirmation, beyond 30 days there will be a charge of €2.00 per day per pallet.

Product Packaging

Each item is carefully packed in our warehouses, using high-quality protective materials and advanced packaging techniques. We pay special attention to detail to ensure that each tile is protected from any shocks or movements that might occur during transport. The safety of your purchases is our absolute priority, and we strive to ensure that each product arrives at its destination in optimal condition, just as you have chosen and purchased it.

Delivery Times and Notification

Delivery times: From the order confirmation, two working days are required for preparing the goods, which will then be delivered in 3-4 working days (depending on the destination). Delivery notification: At the time of order processing, you will receive an email confirmation from our warehouse containing the transport document and information about the Carrier. The latter will contact you to agree on the delivery date and time. NB: Make sure the vehicle can access the delivery location.


The delivery will be made with vehicles equipped with a hydraulic tail lift and includes unloading at ground level in places where vehicle access is possible. For pallets of products in 100×300 cm format, a forklift is required for unloading.

Checking the Goods Upon Unloading

It is very important to check the material upon its arrival. When the pallet is unloaded roadside via hydraulic lift, the recipient is required to check its integrity against the photos we previously sent along with the transport document. If anomalies are present, you are required to immediately notify us via Email, documenting the case with photographs as much as possible. If, however, the package is intact, you can proceed with the unloading, always including the phrase “Accepted with reserve for inspection” in the transport document.
