since the moment we receive the order confirmation, it takes two working days to prepare the goods, which will be delivered in 3-4 working days (according to destination).

DELIVERY NOTICE: when the order is processed and ready to leave our store, you’ll receive an e-mail containing the transport document and the carrier information.
A courier will contact you the day before the delivery, to agree with you the delivering time.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO CHECK THE GOODS WHEN THEY ARRIVE: – uring the unloading, the customer has the due to check the integrity of the goods, comparing them with the pictures received before the shipping by e-mail together with the transport documents. In case the pallet is intact, with no anomalies, you can go on unloading, writing in the transport document the following sentence:. “ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION”. Once the pallet is unloaded, you can open and check the actual integrity of the material inside.
