You have to right to terminate the contract with italgresoutlet.it, with no penalties and without declaring any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day you have received the goods bought on italgresoutlet.it,by filling in the withdrawal form and consigning the goods to the carrier. Le spese di spedizione sono a carico del cliente. It is not possible, instead, to change the chosen product with another one. Follow the instructions below for the right withdrawal procedure:
Fill in correctly the withdrawal form in every part and forward it to Italgres by fax, by mail, by e-mail within 14 days starting from the day you have received the goods, to the following address:

To respect the deadline of the withdrawal, you just have to send the return communication before the end of the withdrawal period itself.

Goods must not have been installed,ruined or damaged.
Goods must be returned intact,in their original and not damaged packaging.
Goods must be consigned to the carrier within fourteen (14) days starting from the day of their delivery.
The cost of the return is totally charged to the customer.Italgres, where asked, can arrange the picking up at the given address, or the customer can arrange the shipping by himself/herself.
The deterioration risk is completely under the customer’s responsibility until the goods reach our stores in case of shipping or in case the goods are damaged by causes not related to its transport.
NB: Be sure to have the following documents ready: original invoice and the document with the order number, invoice number, customer code (if the return is not whole, but just partial, you may need to indicate the code of the article, the serial number, etc..) and bank account where to receive the refund (IBAN and Bank account number of the invoice holder).
*Where the invoice holder doesn’t have a bank account, he or she can give a third person’s bank details, by giving Italgres a clear written fax communication and permission to charge the amount in a different account(FAX NUMBER).
After our operator has given permission to receive the goods back, you have to pack carefully the items, saving the original packaging from every kind of possible damage, writing or labelling.
A soon as we receive your withdrawal, we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail, to communicate the goods have reached our store. Then, all the operations to verify the withdrawal period is right, the goods are intact and the above mentioned instruction are satisfied, will follow.
Whatever payment method you have used, we will refund you within thirty (30) days from when we have received your goods. The amount to be refund will be except the packaging, manpower and transport expenses, always after having verified everything is fine with your withdrawal. Italgres, as a matter of fact, has the right to do all the necessary controls about the integrity of the goods and about all the above mentioned conditions.
Where there is no identity between the receiver of the goods mentioned in the order form and the person who made the payment for the purchase, Italgres will refund the person who made the payment in any case.
In order to receive a written confirmation of the displayed information, in accordance with the law D. Lgs. 185/99, art.4, clause 1, as modified by law D. Lgs. 21/02/2014 n. 21, customer has to print or save on an electronic device this page.
The right of withdrawal is applicable only to physical persons (consumers) who acts for aims which can be considered unrelated to their own commercial activity. Thus, purchases made by dealers and companies are considered excluded from the right of withdrawal.
NB: Supplied tiles could have flaws which sometimes could also be more evident: it is asked to verify tiles before installation, because, in accordance with law, COMPLAINTS FOR MATERIALS ALREADY INSTALLED ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
